THE ROLE:
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the operations, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors. You will arrange and monitor works and repairs, carry out property inspections, and report to landlords. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth running of property management services and ensuring client satisfaction.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and have impeccable standards. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong administrative and property management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential. A full driving licence and your own car are required for this role.
