Tina joined Morgan Spencer in May 2002, previously working in the service industry for over 20 years.
Tina Manages a busy and fast paced Temporaries /Interim Contracts Division. Supporting the recruitment needs of a diverse client portfolio ranging from Education, Finance, Legal, Housing, IT and Government. Many of these clients have worked with Tina for 15 Years+ and continuity of service delivery is crucial to maintaining these relationships. Our clients have very different needs ranging from volume recruitment projects with peaks and troughs to ad hoc 1 day temp cover. Understanding their business, culture and people fit is the first step in us creating successful long-standing business partnerships. We love the variety that this gives us scope to deliver and overcoming the challenges to deliver positive recruitment outcomes.
Tina is supported by 3 Recruitment Assistants and a Recruitment Consultant and together their collaborative approach creates outstanding recruitment solutions. Recruiting a range of roles from entry level administrators, financial compliance, PA’s, reception & facilities, HR Management, Marketing and IT.
