THE ROLE:
As a Property Manager, you will be the linchpin in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include property onboarding, tenancy progression, and conducting AML & Right to Rent Checks. You will liaise with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, and service providers to arrange and monitor works and repairs. Additionally, you will carry out property inspections, compile rental and contractor payments, and mediate any disputes between landlords and tenants. Flexibility is key, as the role may occasionally require you to stay beyond regular hours to ensure all tasks are completed.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and possess impeccable standards. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management is essential. You must hold a full driving licence and have your own car. Strong administrative skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small office environment are crucial. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Applicants must be able to work in the UK without restrictions.
