Project Manager – Quality Improvement
£40 – 45K per annum

THE ROLE:
This hands-on role requires a collaborative and experienced Project Manager with a background in the veterinary or healthcare sector and expertise in Quality Improvement (QI). The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, advise on direction, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs. Responsibilities include developing resources, reviewing and analysing data, managing engagement activities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves line management, event management, and contributing to funding applications.
THE PERSON:
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in project management, particularly within the veterinary or healthcare sector. Essential skills include excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Candidates should possess applied knowledge of Quality Improvement, be MS Office literate, and demonstrate numerical literacy. Desirable qualifications include MRCVS/RVN or equivalent, experience in veterinary practice, and knowledge of EBVM, clinical audit, and antimicrobial stewardship.
