About the Role
As the Alumni Engagement Lead, you will be a key member of the Student and Alumni Experience team, responsible for delivering TRIUM’s Alumni Engagement Strategy. Reporting to the Director of Student and Alumni Experience, you will:- Lead alumni engagement activities and strengthen global alumni and volunteer networks.
- Build and manage relationships with high-profile alumni to support TRIUM’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver compelling communications campaigns.
- Design and deliver alumni events globally, and support the planning of the events.
- Work closely with the other teams to identify relevant alumni learning opportunities.
- Review and enhance alumni engagement systems to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.
- Contribute to the development of the next phase of Alumni Engagement Strategy.
About You
You will bring:- Proven experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or community building.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong project management and event planning experience, ideally in an international context.
- A collaborative and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to attend evening events and occasional international travel.
