Gemma started her career in recruitment 23 years ago and has since been working in the City recruiting all levels of office support roles across different sectors. 

Gemma has been at Morgan Spencer since 2010 in the temporaries division. As a Managing Consultant, Gemma works closely with her team, Shannon, and Rachel, to exceed customer expectations.

Recruiting into a wide range of industries including Investment Banks, Property, Management Consultancies, Charities, Membership Bodies and Media, Gemma covers all level of support roles, from Reception to Administration, Finance to Marketing, and everything in between!
