Description

My client is a global asset management company based in beautiful offices in Canary Wharf. 
This is a three month temporary role with potential to become permanent.  My client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Team Coordinator with roadshow experience.  You will be used to working to an incredibly fast pace, using your communication and strong coordinator skills.  You wil have worked in a professional services company, ideally finance or banking.   
**Please note this role is based in the office five days per week** 

Job Description: 
  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinate and execute virtual and in-person investor roadshows and other events. 
  • Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.
  • Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organise meeting materials.
  • Proactively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.
  • Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational processes.
  • Be available and responsive throughout each event and manage on-site events where necessary. Overtime work will be required as needed.
Key Competencies/Behaviours Required:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast paced Team Assistant/Team Coordinator role, supporting Director level plus. 
  • You will have worked within banking or finance and be used to the fast paced nature of these environments. 
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, proactive approach to task management, and capable of independent work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Seamless capability of holding professional interactions with various staff members at all levels and in multiple geographies.
  • Ability to manage a poised, task-oriented composition in a fast-paced environment, occasionally under time pressure, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to change and proactively seek and implement tasks as time allows.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow and ensure the completion of essential projects.
