Corporate Receptionist / Administrator

We have an exciting new Temp-to-Perm Receptionist/Administrator role. In this position, you’ll manage front-of-house operations while providing essential administrative support to the wider team. The role is due to start immediately, so we are ideally looking for candidates who can interview at short notice and start straight away.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and manage calendars
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
  • Support the Office Manager with events
  • Support project teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
The Person
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
