Talent Researcher – Data Centre
Location: East London (5 days on site, no hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus
Our Client are seeking an experienced Talent Researcher/Resourcer from a Data Centre background who wants to be insrumental in attracting and retaining exceptional professionals as part of a large scale growth project based in East London.
As their Talent Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines and supporting end-to-end hiring across multiple departments. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates — ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates across key business areas.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage candidate communication — from initial outreach through to interview coordination.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes.
- Help promote employer brand through social media and creative recruitment campaigns.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or resourcing (agency or in-house).
- Strong research and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
- A team-focused mindset and willingness to learn from experienced recruiters.
- A genuine enthusiasm for building a career in Talent Acquisition.
