Our Client are seeking an experienced Talent Researcher/Resourcer from a Data Centre background who wants to be insrumental in attracting and retaining exceptional professionals as part of a large scale growth project based in East London.

As their Talent Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines and supporting end-to-end hiring across multiple departments. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for  candidates — ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates across key business areas.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Manage candidate communication — from initial outreach through to interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes.
  • Help promote employer brand through social media and creative recruitment campaigns.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
About You You’re curious, proactive, and love connecting with people. You have an eye for potential, a passion for great candidate experiences, and a genuine interest in recruitment and the world of tech and finance.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or resourcing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong research and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
  • A team-focused mindset and willingness to learn from experienced recruiters.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for building a career in Talent Acquisition.
