THE ROLE:
As the PSS Data and Monitoring Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Legal Services – PSS and the wider PSS team. Your responsibilities will include extracting and creating reports, analysing data, monitoring compliance and risk, managing databases, and providing insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will act as the web coordinator for the PSS team, ensuring the website remains up-to-date and relevant. Your role will also involve assisting with ongoing IT improvements to support the Scheme and contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing the standards and awards within the veterinary profession.

THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and superb attention to detail. You will need to be highly organised, solutions-focused, and forward-thinking. Essential skills include experience in web development, database management, and an understanding of governance and data management. Proficiency in using various IT systems, including Excel, is crucial. You should have strong organisational skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously while collaborating positively with internal and external stakeholders. A commitment to continual improvement and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential.
