We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support to a team of 11 legal professionals. This is a dynamic role supporting two Partners, four Counsel, and five Associates in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and email inboxes for Partners and fee-earners
- Organise internal and external meetings, including travel arrangements
- Handle copy-typing and digital dictation tasks as required
- Draft routine emails and correspondence for approval
- Submit and track expenses using Chrome River
- Assist with billing and other finance-related tasks
- Maintain and update client contact information in Interaction
- Respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Answer and screen telephone calls, managing routine queries
- Format, amend, and proofread legal documents and agreements
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a similar role within a City law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of IT proficiency and openness to new technologies
- Excellent organisational and self-management skills
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong listening skills and a professional, discreet approach
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
