THE ROLE:
As an Education Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the Education Department, providing essential administrative support for the Statutory Membership Examinations (SME). Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with examination centres and examiners, coordinating schedules, preparing examination materials, and processing results. You will also assist candidates with any issues they may encounter, both remotely and in person. Additionally, you will contribute to policy updates, project work, and ensure the relevance of educational content on the organisation's website and learning platforms.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience in responding promptly to enquiries, problem-solving, and using various IT systems is required. A minimum of a Level 3 qualification is essential, with a preference for candidates educated to degree level.
