Are you a well rounded HR Generalist looking for your next exciting opportunity in a collaborative and people-focused environment? We’re working on a fantastic 15 month HR Advisor contract within a dynamic organisation where no two days are the same. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being a true HR partner across a business this role could be your perfect fit. Working as part of a small but dedicated HR team, you’ll have hands on involvement across the entire HR lifecycle. This includes everything from employee onboarding to performance management, succession planning, policy development, and recruitment strategy. You'll be supporting the wider people agenda and acting as a trusted advisor to colleagues and stakeholders. There will also be the opportunity to research and help implement AI tools to improve HR processes and efficiencies  perfect for someone who enjoys innovation and continuous improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts and shortlisting to coordinating interviews.
  • Issue offer letters and contracts, conduct pre employment checks, and manage onboarding.
  • Employee Relations & People Experience
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and succession planning.
  • Support employee relations issues alongside HR management.
  • Deliver 360-degree feedback and support performance reviews.
  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and maintain employee records in compliance with GDPR.
  • Ensure HR systems (Cascade), HR Hub, and internal communications are accurate and up to date.
  • Support policy drafting, data reporting, and presentation materials.
  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Process payroll changes, joiners/leavers, and assist with year-end activities (e.g. P11Ds).
  • Maintain accurate records to support decision  making and compliance.
  • Learning, Development & Innovation
  • Organise and track training, including compliance and wellbeing programmes.
  • Research and contribute to the implementation of AI tools and technology to streamline HR operations.
 
What We’re Looking For
 
  • A true HR Generalist with end-to-end experience across core HR functions.
  • Experience working in a small team and taking ownership across multiple areas.
  • Strong administration and systems experience (Cascade experience is a plus).
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • A genuine passion for people, innovation, and organisational development.
