Front of House / Assistant Office Manager
Location: West End, London
Salary: £35,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to join a prestigious professional services firm based in beautifully presented offices in London’s West End.
This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping to create a professional and welcoming impression of the company. You’ll also assist with office administration, working closely with the Office Manager and Directors’ EA to support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
  • Greet and host guests professionally, offering refreshments and ensuring meeting rooms are spotless.
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails, passing messages on promptly.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain AV equipment for presentations.
  • Order and stock office supplies including groceries and stationery.
  • Keep reception, kitchen, and communal areas clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and courier bookings.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
  • Assist with site resource tracking and monthly project reports.
  • Monitor and replenish stationery, printer paper, and consumables.
  • Liaise with external maintenance providers for office upkeep.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and update internal systems.
  • Support Health & Safety training records and certification logistics.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for equipment and petty cash reconciliations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist and administrator in a professional services or construction-related environment.
  • Immaculate presentation and strong organisational skills.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with AV setups.
