Are you an organised, proactive, and confident event professional looking to take ownership of a busy and varied events programme? We are seeking an Event Coordinator to support and deliver a range of digital and in person events, including regional conferences and flagship annual conference. In this exciting and hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of events—from planning and logistics through to on the day delivery and post event reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver a variety of virtual (ON24) and face to face events 
  • Manage event administration, including delegate registration, producing badges, rooming lists, and handling delegate queries
  • Liaise with venues and suppliers, obtaining quotes and organising event logistics
  • Report on event performance, including attendance figures and budget tracking
  • Host planning meetings with regional committees and key stakeholders
  • Review and approve event briefs to ensure objectives are clear and achievable
  • Set up events on the organisation’s website and CRM system, and prepare joining instructions for all attendees
  • Attend events to manage registration and liaise with venue contacts throughout.
The Person:
  • Previous experience delivering both virtual and face to face events is essential
  • Familiarity with digital event platforms, ideally ON24
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to work independently and use initiative to solve problems quickly
