Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Our client is a boutique private equity firm based in the West End, looking for a personable and efficient Reception/Office Manager to be the face of their company and ensure their office operates seamlessly.

About the Role:

As a Reception/Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and service professionals. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of their office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls, directing them appropriately, and gatekeeping when necessary.
  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and service professionals, offering refreshments.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post—sorting, scanning, and distributing accurately.
  • Light diary management, assisting with scheduling and appointments.
  • Meeting room setup and general office upkeep, including kitchen maintenance, unpacking deliveries, and watering plants.
  • Loading and unloading the dishwasher to keep common areas tidy.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.
