Part-time Executive Assistant ( Working 2 days per week, which is Thursday + Friday )
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 pro rata
6-month FTC

The Company:
Our client is a global Asset Management firm with a reputable presence in East London. They are seeking an Executive Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment. The Role:
  • Complex diary management.
  • Support 10+ Executives.
  • Schedule calls via Teams and Zoom.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Monthly expenses.
  • Use an updated CRM system.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.
  • Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes, and organise meeting materials.
  • Proactively perform ad-hoc activity reports as needed.
  • Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational processes.
 
The Person:
To apply for this role, you must have strong EA experience that has been gained within professional services.  You’ll need to work to a high professional level and can learn and understand the business values and structures. The following skills are also required:
  • Ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workloads.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Someone who can work efficiently and support 10+ Executives.
