They are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Administrator to support the HR and the wider team. This is a pivotal role in solving problems and developing long-term solutions to process issues.

The Role:
  • You will be the first point of contact for any HR queries.
  • Managing the email inbox.
  • Overseeing absences, including maternity and paternity.
  • Working on key projects.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
  • Coordinate documentation for onboarding, contracts, and employee changes.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, letters, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
The Person:
To apply for this role, you must have strong, proven HR experience that has been gained within professional services. The following skills are also required:
  • Ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workloads.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and working on your initiative will be essential.
  • Able to build positive and effective relationships.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
