 Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the right-hand person to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and facilitating strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Coordinate and prioritise internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and confidentiality.

- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy at all times.

- Anticipate the needs of the CEO, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

 
Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional services experience, preferably in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive and resourceful, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
