About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning while working towards an industry-recognised qualification. You’ll be involved in every stage of event delivery, including:
- Supporting logistics and liaising with suppliers
- Preparing materials and updating guest lists
- Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth on-the-day coordination
- Using project plans, timelines, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Gathering and analysing feedback to improve future events
About You
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in events and membership services, who’s ready to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Five GCSEs at grade 4 or higher, including Maths and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn new systems
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to deliver information at all levels within the business
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Confident in following instructions and delivering high-quality work
- Adaptable and comfortable with change
- Gain practical experience across a variety of events
- Work in a collaborative and supportive team
