Are you a digital marketer with a creative, data-driven approach that is looking to join a passionate commercial team, working across a fast-paced and exciting travel-focused organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the biggest revenue-generating products in the business. You'll manage a wide range of digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on SEO, content creation, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage content for digital channels – including blog writing, partner promotions, and regulated posts (some FCA oversight).
- Create and schedule content across key social platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram – and help develop presence on TikTok.
- Write engaging, optimised copy for websites, blogs, and email campaigns (B2C and B2B audiences).
- Support SEO strategy – keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building.
- Analyse campaign performance and feed insights into future content and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to push co-branded marketing campaigns.
- Work on email marketing campaigns and help manage content via the CMS (Drupal a bonus).
- Contribute fresh ideas, new perspectives, and innovative digital strategies to push brand visibility and engagement.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
- Strong SEO skills – with a proven track record of growing organic visibility.
- Demonstrable experience writing blogs (personal or business).
- Experience managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (TikTok a plus).
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and tools like Semrush or Moz.
- Creative thinker, with the confidence to contribute new ideas and challenge the norm.
