Are you a passionate Product Designer looking for your next step in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a Product Designer to join a globally distributed team working on innovative, user-focused digital products used by audiences worldwide.
You'll play a key role across the full design lifecycle from research and ideation through to wireframes, prototypes, and final execution making a real impact on the user experience of global platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify UX challenges and propose effective, user-centred solutions
- Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and generate actionable insights
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
- Champion the user while balancing business goals and technical limitations
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides
- Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers
- 3+ years’ experience in UX/Product Design, ideally in a tech-driven or agile environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing user centred design and full project lifecycle work
- Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and UX best practices
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Awareness of business strategy and how design contributes to commercial success
- Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution focused mindset
