We’re working with a leading organisation that manages six luxury residential sites in Central London, home to over 200 residents including leaseholders and private tenants. This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, overseeing everything from tenancy management and compliance to inspections, voids, and general site support. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, overseeing everything from tenancy management and compliance to inspections, voids, and general site support. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the resident onboarding process, from application and interviews to paperwork and inductions
- Liaise with local authorities and welfare services to support residents as needed
- Provide ongoing advice to residents and families in line with internal housing policies
- Oversee tenancy management for commercial lets – including agreements, maintenance coordination, and inventories
- Carry out regular property inspections, manage voids, and ensure quick turnaround of vacant units
- Attend Housing Committee meetings and assist in preparing reports, reviewing data, and monitoring service delivery
- Support the finance team with rent collection, invoicing, and general housing-related expenditure
- Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant housing records and systems
- Experience in private residential housing, luxury property, or high-end property management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work across multiple Central London sites
- Empathetic and professional, with a strong focus on resident wellbeing and service excellence
