About the Role :
As a UX Designer, you’ll work closely with the UX Manager and broader product teams to help shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences. You’ll be involved at every stage of the design process from concept to execution including idea pitching, research, wireframing, prototyping, and working closely with developers to bring designs to life.
We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo and propose solutions that enhance user experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify design problems, prioritise them, and propose clear, effective solutions
- Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and define requirements
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Rapidly iterate on concepts based on user feedback and performance data
- Advocate for users while balancing business needs and technical constraints
- Maintain consistency by contributing to design systems and style guides
- Present design work and rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with other UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers
- 3+ years of UX design experience, ideally within a tech company or agile/startup environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing user centred design and end to end project work
- Experience working in a web- ased company, understanding the delivery lifecycle
- Proficient in Figma and comfortable working with modern design tools
- Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
- Data informed approach: able to use analytics and user research to shape decisions
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as within cross-functional teams
- Strong personal integrity and work ethic
