8:30am – 1:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to join a busy and welcoming office on a part time, temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is looking for part-time hours and can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front of house duties: greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing general enquiries
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms, maintaining a tidy and professional office environment
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing post, and inbox monitoring
  • Providing ad hoc support to the wider team as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Confident, professional, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to work independently and hit the ground running
