- Front of house duties: greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing general enquiries
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, maintaining a tidy and professional office environment
- Carrying out general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing post, and inbox monitoring
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider team as needed
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Confident, professional, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
