THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading provider of regional flexible workspace, who is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to identify, develop, and close large-scale or direct commercial property lettings with enterprise/large corporate clients.
THE ROLE:
  • Business Growth & Acquisition – Identify and secure large tenant opportunities through targeted research, networking, and outreach.
  • Account Management & Client Retention – Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Strategic Proposals & Negotiations – Deliver tailored workspace solutions and lead commercial contract negotiations with new and existing clients.
  • Market Insights & Cross-Team Collaboration – Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer needs while working closely with internal teams to streamline service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking & Industry Engagement – Provide actionable sales insights to senior management while representing the company at key industry events to enhance brand visibility and drive enterprise leads.
THE PERSON:
  • Education & Industry Experience – Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or sector management, with 5+ years in enterprise sales.
  • Sales Performance & Market Knowledge – Proven ability to exceed targets in commercial real estate, with expertise in property markets, leasing, and investment.
  • Executive Engagement & Negotiation Skills – Strong communicator skilled in building relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Tech & Analytical Proficiency – Experienced in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools to optimise performance.
  • Strategic, Independent & Mobile – A self-starter with a strategic mindset, able to work autonomously and travel regularly as needed.
