- Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, handle variations, and manage subcontractors.
- Quality Control: Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Project Reporting: Prepare progress reports, financial summaries, and forecasts.
- Chartered Status: MRICS or FRICS qualification.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing construction projects.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of project finances.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and find practical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in project documentation and reporting.
