Our client is a Professional Services firm who is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their well-established team. You will be working with a dedicated team, who pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to their clients. You must strong client services skills as well as coordination skills.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including departmental task delegation to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Assist with the co-ordination and time management of financial planning projects for HNWI/UHNWI clients
  • Assisting with the on boarding of new clients, co-ordinating the various aspects of this process from requesting money laundering documentation to ensuring clients are uploaded onto the relevant systems
  • Assist with proofreading, reviewing, formatting and designing reports, memos and marketing documents. Conducting research for these as and when required.
  • Co-ordinating the execution of action points from client meetings and tracking the progress of various project based tasks
  • Direct interaction with clients, via email and telephone, assisting with client queries and requests
  • Working with and liaising with various departments within the firm to ensure the relevant team are delivering for various client projects
  • Preparation and completion of relevant documents and forms. Filing and electronic submission of the same

THE PERSON:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail - dedicated to quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad hoc tasks
  • Confident dealing with clients and senior management
  • Pro-active
