THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
The HRBP’s duties will include:
- Updating HR policies
- Maintaining the company staff handbook and policies
- Assist with the annual appraisal process
- Oversight of the monthly payroll process
- Assist the Head of HR with the annual benefit review
- Supporting with employee relation cases
- Oversee recruitment for international offices
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience working as an HRBP
- Resilient and confident
- Able to work to tight deadlines focusing on accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
