Head of Partnerships: Venues & Agents
Central London - Hybrid
£50k with an OTE of £70k

The Client:-
Is a leading independent, sustainable caterer that partner with over 70 iconic venues in London and across the UK. 

The Role:-
To proactively manage, retain and grow our venue and event agent relationships and revenue. This includes full accountability for venue knowledge, all event services and event performance at both our listed venues and with our agency clients and communicating and supporting internally with all departments. Supporting all departments to surpass annual budgets.

•Proactively build on, nurture, and develop the existing venue relationships to maintain and increase venue event enquiry conversion and build brand loyalty and trust
•Build strong personal and business relationships with Key Decision Makers at venues
•Ensure Key Decision Makers at venues are aware of all our developments and activity
•Ensure everyone, including our Planners are aware of relevant venue information and developments
•Prioritise and target key venue relationships to maximise revenue and retain best possible relationships
•Develop and manage an annual agent and venue entertainment program with the CEO/Founder and Marketing Director
•Use all available resources to support venue relationship growth, including client entertainment, festivals, gifting and Senior Leadership
•Maximize the existing client base, leveraging all opportunity to increase sales across all areas
•Act as venue expert on all venues operationally, administratively, and financially
•Ensure knowledge of all venues is up to date and shared with logistics and operational teams
