THE COMPANY:
Our client is a corporate bank who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in London.

THE ROLE:
  • Manage and respond to customer queries from new and existing customers
  • Correspond with customers via phone, email and a secure messaging system
  • Solve customer situations where customers are dissatisfied prior to escalating
  • Log complaints and resolve outcomes, support the admin team and ensure all data is recorded to the highest quality
 
THE PERSON:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role and intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone manner, complaint resolution skills and being a team player
