My client, an established Membership Body based in the City, are looking for a Membership Executive to support their existing membership base. The successful candidate will have gained experience within a Membership Body providing administrative support to existing members.

The Role 

  • Deal with enquiries from Members and customers and provide the appropriate advice in relation to the clients requirements.
  • Responsible for processing all applications for changes to existing Members
  • Support the accounts process by raising invoices for fee-based applications for changes to existing Members and carry out credit control to ensure fees are remitted to the client.
  • Maintain Membership records and ensure all supporting documents are filed in the appropriate storage system.
  • Carry out the administration of Member bonds.
  • Carry out the administration processes required for the submission of Members’ annual accounts. Query or request further information, if required.
  • Assist with the clients Insurance and Subscriptions credit control.
  • Assist with the administration for quarterly turnover reports.
  • Ensure all Member correspondence is sent in on time, and in accordance with procedures.
  • Circulate changes to Members’ records daily.
  • Prepare monthly statistics of record changes.
  • Answer all department telephone calls passing enquiries to other team members where appropriate and dealing with Member or applicant enquiries.
  • Print and dispatch Membership Certificates.
  • Provide support to other members of the Membership and Financial Protection team, aiding with training and development.
  • Represent the department at events and functions such as Travel shows and other events, as well as delivering presentations on behalf of the department. 
    To work flexibly as part of the Membership and Financial Services team and provide support to the Financial Protection, Membership and Claims Teams.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may be requested by the Membership Manager, Head of Membership or Director of Membership and Financial Services.
