Are you an experienced Receptionist or Business Administration Assistant with a background in the legal sector? This is your opportunity to join a prestigious, nationally recognised law firm with a reputation for excellence and client care.
You’ll provide essential front-of-house reception services alongside administrative and file management support to legal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From welcoming clients and managing meeting rooms to file opening, archiving, and document production, your role will be key to maintaining efficiency across the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception duties: greeting clients, managing calls, and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Handle copying, scanning, and document production requests
  • Manage file opening, closing, and archiving
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Provide refreshments and ensure meeting rooms are prepared
  • Deliver exceptional service to solicitors and support teams
