This is your chance to work in a collaborative environment where quality service and client relationships are at the heart of everything. The clients range from small to medium-sized enterprises to organisations with international connections, giving you exposure to diverse challenges and opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Employee Benefits team with administration, technical tasks, and client servicing.
- Manage provider relationships, obtain quotes, and prepare accurate summaries.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, building rapport via email and video calls.
- Assist with pensions, group risk, medical, health, travel, and voluntary benefits.
- Contribute to projects, process new business, and maintain accurate records.
- Take ownership of your development with professional exams and a clear career path toward advisory roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in employee benefits consultancy or insurance
- Knowledge of pensions, group risk, private medical insurance, and related products.
- Educated to degree level
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn and grow
