About the Role
Executive Assistant to Co-CEOs
Central London - ad-hoc travel to Surrey office
Hybrid (1 day from home)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level, trusted support to two Co-CEOs within a dynamic, growth-focused organisation. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, requiring discretion, commercial awareness, and confidence operating at board and shareholder level.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic right-hand partner, enabling the Co-CEOs to focus on leadership, growth, and external engagement while ensuring all administrative, organisational, and personal matters are handled seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives, managing diaries and priorities across multiple time zones.
- Complex calendar management (UK & EU).
- Prepare and coordinate board meetings, leadership sessions, and shareholder engagements.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and briefing papers.
- Gatekeep effectively, filtering communications and escalating issues appropriately.
- Liaise with board members, non-executive directors, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Support transaction activity (e.g., acquisitions, due diligence) through document coordination and meeting logistics.
- Ensure smooth information flow across UK and EU operations.
- Track key actions, deadlines, and follow-ups from leadership meetings.
- Assist with preparation of strategy materials, internal communications, and leadership updates.
- Maintain highly organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- End-to-end coordination of UK and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, logistics).
- Support organisation of corporate events, off-sites, and client entertainment.
- Prepare detailed travel packs and itineraries.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, ideally at CEO or Board level.
- Background in professional services, consultancy, construction, or property.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of senior leadership dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential matters.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Exposure to international businesses or cross-border operations.
- Experience supporting M&A or corporate growth environments.
- Familiarity with board governance processes.
- Calm, composed, and highly professional.
- Proactive, anticipatory, and solutions-focused.
- Confident engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a “no task too big or small” mindset.
- Highly trustworthy, loyal, and resilient.
