⭐ Recruitment Assistant – Join Our Growing Team!

Are you an organised, confident and people‑focused administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support a busy Managing Consultant and her team, helping to deliver an exceptional service to candidates and clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and is excited by the idea of building relationships, solving problems and keeping processes running smoothly.



🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Candidate Support
  • Writing and posting job adverts, managing responses and sourcing candidates
  • Pre‑screening candidates and organising registrations
  • Conducting interviews using CBI style questioning
  • Ensuring full candidate compliance (CVs, ID, documents, forms)
  • Keeping in regular contact with placed candidates, resolving payroll/timesheet queries
  • Formatting CVs, writing candidate profiles and assisting with general candidate administration
Client Support
  • Shortlisting and matching candidates quickly and accurately
  • Picking up roles in the consultant’s absence and taking full job briefs
  • Sending booking confirmations, preparing client packs and supporting client meetings
  • Creating industry‑specific mailers and candidate profiles
  • Occasionally attending client meetings and assisting with relationship building
General Administration
  • Updating spreadsheets and database
  • Supporting the permanent and temporary recruitment teams with role matching
  • Analysing figures and spotting trends
  • Carrying out ad‑hoc administrative tasks that keep the team running efficiently


💼 What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years of solid administration experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong Word skills (advanced) and good Excel knowledge (intermediate)
  • Impeccable spelling, grammar and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations positively
  • A proactive, career‑driven mindset with empathy and professionalism
