Our objectives are that all our Candidates have access to job-related training to promote their on-going development and competently perform their duties.

We will encourage people to develop their basic skills and employability. We offer all candidates career guidance along with practical help in putting together CVs, interview tips and preparation.

We are committed to providing free in-house training for all Candidates registered with us. We regularly update our registered Candidates on new training available to them.

In line with this commitment, Morgan Spencer has recently upgraded the training now available to our Candidates so that it is available as online modules.
