Is the training online or in person?

We offer both live virtual sessions and in person workshops in central London.

Who is eligible for the free skills training?

Any registered Morgan Spencer candidate can access our free training, funded by our employer partners.

How long are the training sessions?

Each session lasts sixty to ninety minutes, with multi day intensive workshops available.

Free Skills Training

Morgan Spencer's philosophy of investing in its people recognises training as a key contributor to the success of individuals and our business as a whole. Our objectives are that all our Candidates have access to job-related training to promote their on-going development and competently perform their duties.

We will encourage people to develop their basic skills and employability. We offer all candidates career guidance along with practical help in putting together CVs, interview tips and preparation.

We are committed to providing free in-house training for all Candidates registered with us. We regularly update our registered Candidates on new training available to them.

In line with this commitment, Morgan Spencer has recently upgraded the training now available to our Candidates so that it is available as online modules.
