As part-time Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. You’ll handle reception duties and coordinate hospitality including setting up meeting rooms, organising refreshments, and ensuring their clients receive a first-class reception experience. - Escort clients throughout the building and to meeting rooms and offering refreshments

- Manage stationery supplies and assist with event organisation
- Support data collection, printing, and scanning tasks
