What you will be doing:
Client Experience and Service Leadership
  • Champion outstanding service across reception, events, and hospitality functions.
  • Set and review service goals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal benchmarks.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, driving proactive communication and continuous improvement.
  • Lead feedback initiatives and implement enhancements that add measurable value.
Operational Oversight
  • Maintain and evolve Standard Operating Procedures to reflect best practices.
  • Coordinate catering and hospitality logistics for meetings and events.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Participate in late-shift rotations when needed, including front desk duties.
  • Drive cross-site initiatives to unify service standards and delivery.
Team Development and Management
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team across both sites.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Manage scheduling, holiday cover, and recruitment (including agency support).
  • Provide escalation support and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Financial and Commercial Responsibility
  • Support budget planning and monitor service-related expenditures.
  • Analyse monthly financial performance and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Control discretionary costs such as overtime and external staffing.
 What you will bring:
  • Proven experience managing front-of-house operations in a corporate or high-end environment.
  • Strong leadership background in customer service and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to delivering exceptional first impressions.
