  • Liaising with venues, transport partners, facilities teams, and external suppliers.
  • Preparing event materials such as guest lists, factsheets, and presentation packs.

  • Ensuring meeting rooms, hospitality, and on‑site arrangements run smoothly.
  • Uploading and maintaining event content on the company website.
  • Assisting with marketing materials, design briefs, and compliance submissions.
  • Supporting the wider team with room bookings and general event administration.
 What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or complex schedules (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience working within financial services or professional services is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, unflappable organiser who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
  • Someone with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A flexible team player who can adapt quickly as priorities shift.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with platforms such as Zoom and Mailchimp.
  • Willingness to support early mornings, evenings, or occasional UK travel when required.

Why Join:
This is an opportunity to step into a central role within a respected investment management company where your work will directly support client engagement and organisational impact. You will be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values precision, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly and you’re energised by a busy, varied workload we would love to hear from you.
