Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, polished and efficient front‑of‑house service for all visitors
- Manage the reception desk, switchboard and meeting room bookings
- Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, clients and external partners
- Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas and client spaces are impeccably presented
- Coordinate visitor passes, refreshments and hospitality requirements
- Handle courier, post and admin tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support wider business operations and ad‑hoc administrative duties as needed
- 2 years’ experience in a corporate reception or front‑of‑house role within financial services or professional services
- Confident, polished communication skills and a naturally welcoming manner
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional presentation, punctuality and a proactive approach
- Comfortable using Outlook, MS Office and meeting room systems
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Competitive salary of £35,000–£37,000
