Working as the face of the business, you’ll play a key part in creating exceptional first impressions for clients, visitors and internal stakeholders. Supported by an established team and a positive, inclusive culture, this is a role where your professionalism and service mindset will shine.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, polished and efficient front‑of‑house service for all visitors
  • Manage the reception desk, switchboard and meeting room bookings
  • Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, clients and external partners
  • Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas and client spaces are impeccably presented
  • Coordinate visitor passes, refreshments and hospitality requirements
  • Handle courier, post and admin tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support wider business operations and ad‑hoc administrative duties as needed
Skills & Experience Required
  • 2 years’ experience in a corporate reception or front‑of‑house role  within financial services or professional services
  • Confident, polished communication skills and a naturally welcoming manner
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional presentation, punctuality and a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using Outlook, MS Office and meeting room systems
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times
