We are recruiting a Team Secretary to join a highly successful investment firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office support experience within a Professional Services company, who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be providing support to the Executive Assistant with team assistant duties along with ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.

We are recruiting a Team Secretary to join a highly successful investment firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office support experience within a Professional Services company, who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be providing support to the Executive Assistant with team assistant duties along with ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Order stationery, assist with diary management, support events, and help with the upcoming office move.
- Team Support: Work closely with the Office Manager/EA, providing hands-on support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Reception & Front of House: Meet and greet clients and visitors, provide refreshments, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Meeting Room Management: Organise and prepare three busy meeting rooms, including binding, printing, and arranging lunches.
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Receptionist in a professional services environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and confident, with a hands-on approach and willingness to take on new tasks.
- Articulate and polished, comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
