The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join a collaborative professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting teams, managing administrative processes and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced setting.
The Role
Reporting to the Client Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing administrative support across multiple teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting client delivery teams with administrative and operational tasks
• Managing reception duties, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls and post
• Coordinating diaries, meetings and events for senior staff
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of typing and documentation tasks
• Managing client onboarding, maintenance and disengagement processes in line with procedures
• Supporting the submission of documents to regulatory bodies and tracking deadlines
• Overseeing the process of obtaining confirmations from external stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
• Collaborating with colleagues across teams to support overall service delivery
About You
Essential:
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word
• A positive, collaborative and proactive approach
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
Desirable:
• Experience within a professional services or accountancy environment
• Understanding of data protection and compliance processes
