Morgan Spencer Recruitment London is delighted to be working with a dynamic and well-established media organisation to recruit a Client Services / Stock Administration professional on a Fixed Term Contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where your contribution will directly impact client satisfaction and operational success.

The Role – Key Responsibilities In this varied and rewarding position, you will:
  • Manage client accounts within a business-to-business environment, delivering consistently high levels of service
  • Coordinate stock administration and order scheduling processes accurately and efficiently
  • Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
  • Build strong, professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor stock levels, process orders and ensure timely fulfilment
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge desirable)
  • Resolve queries proactively, ensuring positive and timely outcomes
  • Support wider operational and administrative functions within the team
Your work will play a central role in ensuring seamless service delivery and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
Skills & Experience Required To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Proven client customer service experience within a B2B environment (essential)
  • Experience in stock administration, logistics coordination or order scheduling
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (public-facing and/or B2B)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a focus on achieving results
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce knowledge advantageous
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to think on your feet
  • Enthusiasm and genuine interest in the media sector
