What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day building operations across several sites.
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance to keep services running smoothly.
- Carrying out regular inspections and spotting opportunities for improvement.
- Keeping estate records, compliance logs, and asset information up to date.
- Supporting health and safety compliance across fire, water, electrical, gas, lifts and more.
- Assisting with risk assessments, incident follow-ups, and emergency procedures.
- Managing contractors and ensuring they deliver high-quality work.
- Helping with refurbishments, fit-outs, space planning, and sustainability projects.
- Supporting budgets, invoices, and reporting for senior leaders.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in estates or facilities management, ideally across multiple sites.
- Good understanding of hard and soft FM services.
- Confidence managing contractors and monitoring performance.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and building regulations.
- Experience supporting refurbishments, moves, or space changes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
- Experience in charity, education, or safeguarding environments.
- Budget or service charge experience.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems.
- First Aid or additional FM-related training.
