• Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other innovative channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and SaaS roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver talent strategies that meet business needs.
• Utilise data and analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and optimise sourcing strategies.
• Drive recruitment at pace while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally within SaaS or FinTech environments.
• Strong track record of sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Ability to work at speed without compromising attention to detail.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to guide recruitment decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
