Are you looking for an opportunity to take full ownership of an internal recruitment function and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing executive search business?
We are partnering with a high-performing executive search firm to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. This is a pivotal hire for the business and offers the chance to build, shape and lead internal hiring at a firm operating at the very top of the market.
The firm works with leading international organisations — from top-tier law firms and global investment banks to high-growth technology businesses — across the UK, US and mainland Europe.
Operating exclusively at executive level, they advise on and deliver some of the most significant senior leadership appointments across finance, legal and technology.
To support continued global growth, the business is investing heavily in its internal hiring strategy. This role will be central to attracting ambitious graduates, experienced consultants and senior operators who will help scale the firm internationally. S
uccess will require a blend of strategic sourcing capability, market intelligence, emotional intelligence and resilience, alongside a strong work ethic and genuine curiosity.
The Role As Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end internal recruitment, from graduate intake through to senior-level hires. You will also play a key role in employer branding, market mapping and embedding best-in-class hiring practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading internal recruitment across all levels, from graduate hiring to senior appointments
- Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates using advanced search techniques and market mapping
- Designing and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies
- Managing the candidate journey to deliver an outstanding experience
- Conducting competency-based, behavioural and situational interviews
- Partnering closely with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and advise on workforce planning
- Continuously improving internal recruitment processes and employer brand positioning
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or executive search, with a strong track record of sourcing passive talent
- Experience hiring across multiple levels, from early careers to senior professionals
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Commercial awareness and deep market understanding
- High emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- An ambitious, driven and solutions-focused approach to recruitment
