Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a full 360 marketing strategy, spanning digital, brand, communications and campaign management.
• Create engaging, visually-led content that reflects a strong passion for imagery, photography and visual culture.
• Manage multi-channel marketing activity including social media, website, email, events and partnerships.
• Analyse marketing performance, track KPIs and optimise activity for growth and engagement.
• Lead brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency and resonance across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing output.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging visual content trends to inform strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI across channels and campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven 360 marketing experience, ideally within media, digital content, creative industries or similar.
• Strong visual awareness and genuine enthusiasm for imagery, photography or visual storytelling.
• Confident managing marketing strategy as well as hands-on delivery.
• Experience working across social media, email marketing, website management and brand communications.
• Ability to interpret data, track performance and make insight-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, engaging tone.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role while building positive relationships across the business.
• Proactive, creative and highly organised, with a mindset focused on continual improvement.
