The Role
Reporting to the Events & Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day social media activity across multiple platforms, developing and delivering engaging content while helping to build and grow online communities. You will work closely with the wider marketing team on campaigns, launches and creative projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing daily social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and X
• Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content across all platforms
• Monitoring trends, viral content and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Supporting and participating in content shoots, including video, reels and behind-the-scenes material
• Writing engaging captions and social copy aligned with brand tone of voice
• Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building online communities
• Tracking performance metrics and producing insights and reports
• Supporting influencer outreach and collaboration campaigns
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team on campaigns, launches and promotions
About You
You will be a creative and proactive social media professional with a strong eye for content and branding. You will be confident managing multiple platforms, producing engaging content and working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:
• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with strong visual awareness
• Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to work full-time from a London office
Desirable:
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Basic photography or video editing skills
• Understanding of paid social campaigns and influencer marketing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
