A leading London‑based design studio is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join its expanding team. With multiple large‑scale projects, are looking for highly creative talent capable of shaping exceptional interior environments for some of the most ambitious marine and hospitality projects in the world.
This role is ideal for designers with strong conceptual thinking, luxury project experience, and a passion for storytelling through interior spaces.

About the Role
As a Senior Creative Designer, you will lead projects from initial concept through to final delivery. This is a purely creative role—technical elements of project management can be supported externally. We are looking for designers who excel in idea generation, brand narrative, visual identity, colour theory and conceptual space planning.
Projects range from small luxury refits to full cruise vessels exceeding the height of major skyscrapers, with some projects requiring design leadership across 20+ interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities

• Owning the creative direction from concept to completion
• Leading and mentoring designers on active projects
• Producing high‑quality 2D and 3D design intent
• Developing spatial layouts, sketches, narratives and visual identities
• Creating and presenting concept boards, mood boards and story‑driven design directions
• Briefing CGI and visualisation teams
• Selecting materials, finishes and FF&E with strong justification
• Presenting confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Supporting new business opportunities and attending industry events
• Ensuring spaces align with brand stories and project vision

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design (or related discipline)
• Minimum 6 years’ post‑graduate experience
• Strong background in large‑scale commercial projects (hospitality, cruise, retail or luxury residential)
• Excellent conceptual skills: colour, materiality, texture, narrative and storytelling
• Fluency in 2D & 3D CAD (Vectorworks beneficial)
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, SketchUp and MS Office
• Strong visual, written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, workflows and schedules
• Knowledge of FF&E (materials, finishes, detailing, scheduling)
• Confident, collaborative and open to constructive feedback
